Welcome to MiG (Moving is Good). By accessing or using our mobile or web application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: MiG is not a medical organization. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program or participating in events found via the App.

1. Description of Service

MiG provides a community-focused platform encouraging users to exercise, especially exercising with friends, and connecting users with local business community hosted events ("Events") organized by third-party vendors, trainers, or hosts ("Vendors"). MiG is a facilitator of information and does not own, operate or control the Events listed by Vendors.

2. Relationship of Parties

MiG is a Venue only: We provide the infrastructure to discover Events.
Independent Vendors: Vendors are independent third parties and are not employees or partners of MiG.
No Endorsement: Listing an Event does not constitute a guarantee of its quality, safety, or legality.

3. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Direct Interaction: Any agreement or interaction with a Vendor is solely between you and that Vendor.

Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release MiG (and its officers and employees) from any and all claims, damages, or personal injury arising out of or connected with disputes with Vendors or participation in Events.

4. User Conduct & Safety (UGC Policy)

To maintain a safe community, you agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or stalk other users via friend requests or profiles.
Post misleading or inappropriate profile information.

Moderation: MiG maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these standards.

5. Account Deletion

In compliance with privacy standards, users may delete their account and all associated data at any time directly on the profile page within the App. Once deleted, data recovery is not possible.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments for passes or winner's club to join an Event on the app will be refundable if the Vendor/Host of the Event is not able to fulfill the "deals" agreed during the Event valid period. Payments to the Vender are processed through third-party processors and the refund policies are set strictly by the individual Vendor. MiG does not guarantee or facilitate refunds for Vendor-led events.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
