MiG is a free, ad-free web application designed to support physical and mental wellness. The App allows users to:

Track daily physical activities and log custom workouts across multiple languages.
Set personalized fitness goals and monitor progress via dynamic 7-day trend visualizations.
Participate in brain-wellness activities, including daily word puzzles and health trivia questions.
Earn virtual incentives ("MiG Gems") through active streaks and leaderboard participation.
Connect with friends and view community leaderboards.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access features such as activity logging, streak tracking, and leaderboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and updating your profile.
Cross-Device Use: Your single login allows you to access your account seamlessly across mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Not Medical Device: MiG is intended strictly for general wellness, fitness tracking, and educational/entertainment purposes. The content within the App—including health trivia, wellness facts, and activity tracking tools—does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult Your Doctor: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness routine or making changes to your health regimen.

4. Virtual Features & Rewards (MiG Gems & Leaderboards)

MiG Gems: MiG Gems are virtual, non-monetary rewards earned through active usage (e.g., maintaining a 7-day streak or placing in the Top 3 on the Weekly Leaderboard).
No Cash Value: MiG Gems have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Manipulate, automate, or fake activity logs or word puzzle scores to unfairly gain leaderboard positions or earn MiG Gems.
InterferAttempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, graphics, word puzzles, daily trivia, branding, trademarks, and code associated with Moving is Good are the intellectual property of Moving is Good and its founder unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized or fraudulent use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moving is Good and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including physical injuries, health complications, or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
